How the My Wellness Check-In Works

A quick note before you begin

This Check-In is designed to help you pause, reflect, and notice patterns in everyday habits that support healthy aging.

It’s not a test.
It’s not about being perfect.
And it’s not medical advice.

Think of it as a monthly snapshot, not a diagnosis.

What this tool is

This Check-In looks at simple daily habits across seven wellness pillars:

  • General Health & Longevity
  • Metabolism & Gut Health
  • Walking & Movement
  • Hydration & Minerals
  • Sleep & Recovery
  • Mental Clarity
  • Mindful Indulgence

Your answers help highlight areas you’re already supporting well
and areas that may benefit from a little extra attention right now.

The goal is awareness — not judgment.

What this tool is not

To set clear expectations:

  • This tool does not diagnose conditions
  • This tool does not predict health risks
  • This tool does not replace guidance from a medical professional

All feedback is educational, supportive, and non-clinical.
Language is intentionally framed around habits, not health outcomes.

How the Check-In works

  1. You answer a short set of questions about everyday habits
  2. An AI system reviews your responses using a fixed, non-medical framework
  3. You receive a Wellness Snapshot, which includes:
    • One area you’re doing well
    • One area that may benefit from support
    • A 7-Day Mini Plan with simple suggestions

Most people complete the Check-In in 3–5 minutes.

What the 7-Day Mini Plan is

Each Check-In includes a 7-Day Mini Plan. This is not a program,
challenge, or rulebook.

It’s a small set of optional ideas that many people find helpful.

The Mini Plan:

  • Focuses on one main area at a time
  • Includes 3–5 simple actions
  • Is meant to be flexible and realistic
  • Can be adjusted, skipped, or repeated as needed

Each plan also includes:

  • One “If nothing else” suggestion for busy weeks
  • A reminder that missing a day doesn’t undo progress

The intention is support — not pressure.

Why you can only check in once per month

Healthy change happens over time.

Limiting the Check-In to once per month helps:

  • Encourage reflection rather than over-tracking
  • Make progress easier to notice
  • Keep the experience calm and intentional

You’ll still be able to:

  • View past Wellness Snapshots
  • See how your focus areas change over time

Privacy and saving your results

  • You can use the Check-In anonymously
  • If you choose to create an account, your monthly snapshots can be saved so you can view progress over time
  • Your information is never sold or shared

You’re always in control.

How to get the most value from it

  • Answer honestly — there are no “right” answers
  • Don’t overthink individual questions
  • Treat the Mini Plan as a suggestion, not a requirement
  • Revisit the Check-In monthly to notice patterns

Small awareness often leads to meaningful change.
